Staying up late is an activity that can reduce the body's health. Usually people stay has a specific purpose. Such as: watching football, patrolling, and others.
I Think, staying up late may lead to impaired health and a decreased immune system and the body becomes weak, making the body susceptible to disease.
Effect staying up for others certainly exist. That is like in school, lessons down for one of the students who stay up all night. Or also if there is a great man stayed up late, and then the next day there was a meeting would be the disruption of the meeting.
So, I think staying up is an activity that is not good for us. Because it can affect health and can disturb the people around us. Do not stay up if there are no benefits.
